Thursday 29 August – Individual time trial
The individual time trial is scheduled for Thursday 29 August. This time trial will be ridden in Tessenderlo.
Start: Schoterweg, Tessenderlo
Finish: Markt, Tessenderlo
Program:
- 10:45 – 12:15: Reconnaissance by the riders
- 12:24: Official start of the time trial
- 12:40: Finish 1st rider
- 15:15: Start of last rider
- 15:32: Finish/end of time trial
- 15:45: Official ceremony

- Route will be guarded and closed off by traffic wardens
- The centre of Sluis will be closed to through traffic on 24 August
- There will be several guarded crossings for inhabitants and visitors on the finish street Nieuwstraat/Kapellestraat
- Access roads via St. Anna Ter Muiden and Hoogstraat will remain open
- Access to the centre via Nieuwstraat from Toversluis will be closed off during the trial
- There will be stewards walking around the centre to help you if you have any questions
The easiest way to reach us for the Renewi Tour Tour time trial? By bike! You’d do best to park in one of the bicycle parking areas at:
- Sint Donaes
- Kaai Zuid
- Parkeergarage Hollandia (Parking Van de Plasse)
Signs will guide you to the bicycle parking.
Bus
The stops on the Ridderstraat and Toversluis (Nieuwstraat) will not be in service on 24 August. The stops on Sint Annastraat (Line 42 Bruges-Breskens) and Kaai (Line 42 Breskens-Bruges) will remain in service on the day.

The centre of Sluis will be closed off to through traffic on 24 August. Sluis has public and private car parks. On 24 August, you will be able to park for free in public car parks on Sint Annastraat and Toversluis.
